PRORATED SALARY. Salary is prorated under two circumstances. 1) New Employee - Upon employment salary will be prorated in accordance with the contracted length of the work year. 2) After a leave without pay - Upon return from a leave without pay, salary will be prorated in accordance with the contracted length of the work year.
