Prorated Credit. Except as otherwise required by law, Customer is entitled to a prorated credit upon request only in the event of a complete failure of the Service due to technical malfunction of the system or network operated by ZettaLync for a period of fifteen minutes or more. To obtain a credit, Customer must request a credit in writing to ZettaLync within thirty (30) days of the failure. Credits shall be applied against future fees payable by Customer for the Service. A schedule for service interruption and applicable credits is defined in the tariff(s) on file with the appropriate state service commission and may be viewed on the ZettaLync website at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.

This prorated credit will be given on January 1st of each year for the previous year in which there are days the level of Lake Xxxxxxxxx at the inlet dropped below elevation 1868.5 feet, as determined by the City: Flat Annual Fee x [number of days inlet water elevation was below 1868.5÷ 365] = credit amount.

Related to Prorated Credit

  • PRORATED RENT Tenant may be required to pay prorated Rent from the beginning of this Lease to the first full month. If Tenant must pay prorated Rent, Tenant shall pay any prorated amount due, together with the security deposit, at the execution of this Lease.

  • Billing Adjustment Credit To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $99,000.00, plus applicable taxes and surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement. Waivers:

  • Vacation Credit Any outstanding vacation entitlement for a person going on LTD will be paid in cash upon expiry of sick leave. The cash payment will be calculated on the base earnings at the expiration of sick leave for the prorated days of vacation entitlement, any outstanding lieu days, any outstanding floating statutory holidays, and banked time for 40-hour per week employees. No vacation entitlement, floating holidays, or banked time for 40-hour per week employees accrues while a member is in receipt of LTD benefits.

  • Vacation Charges Employees who utilize vacation shall be charged only for the number of hours they would have been scheduled to work during the period of absence. Holidays that occur during vacation periods will be paid as a holiday and not charged as a vacation day.

  • PRORATION PERIOD The Tenant: (check one) ☐ - Shall take possession of the Premises before the start of the Lease Term on , 20 and agrees to pay $ for the proration period. The proration rate is calculated by the monthly Rent on a daily basis which shall be paid by the Tenant upon the execution of this Agreement. ☐ - Shall not be taking possession of the Premises before the Lease Term.

  • Vacation Usage Each department or agency head shall be responsible for scheduling the vacation periods of their employees in such a manner as to achieve the most efficient functioning of the department or agency and the County service. The granting of a vacation period less than the employee's annual entitlement is to be discouraged so that the full benefit of the vacation plan can be realized by each employee. The appointing authority shall determine when vacations will be taken.

  • In Charge Allowance (a) A registered nurse who is designated to be in charge during the day, evening or night of a residential aged care facility shall be paid in addition to his or her appropriate salary, whilst so in charge, the per shift allowance set out in Item 8 (for less than 100 beds) or Item 9 (for 100 or more beds) of Table 2 of Schedule B to this Agreement.

  • Shift Differential Compensation Any employee in the bargaining unit whose assigned work shift commences (for unit-1) prior to 5:30 a.m. or whose work shift ends after 5:30 p.m., or (for unit-2 members) commences after 2:00 p.m. shall be paid a shift differential premium of five (5%) percent above the regular rate of pay for all hours worked.

  • Vacation Year The vacation year shall be April 1 to March 31, inclusive.
