Common use of Proprietary Nature of Data Clause in Contracts

Proprietary Nature of Data. The Customer understands and acknowledges that each Authorizing SRO and Other Data Disseminator (as defined below) has a proprietary interest in the Market Data that originates on or derives from it or its market(s). The Customer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit the Market Data in any manner, as such Market Data is provided by the Broker’s clearing broker, Apex Clearing Corporation (“Apex” or “Clearing Broker”).

The Customer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit the Market Data in any manner, as such Market Data is provided by the Broker’s clearing broker, Apex Clearing Corporation (“Apex” or “Clearing Broker”)Altruist.
