Proprietary Information and Developments. The Employee has signed the Company’s customary form of non-disclosure and assignment of inventions agreement. Such agreement shall continue in full force and effect, unchanged by the execution of this Agreement. The Employee further agrees that all property (including without limitation all equipment, tangible proprietary information, documents, records, notes, contracts and computer-generated materials) furnished to or created or prepared by the Employee incident to Employee’s employment belongs to the Company and shall be promptly returned to the Company upon termination of the Employee’s employment for any reason.
