Proposed work plan and deliverables. The VR modules should cover: - the following soft skills competences: o Listen and communicate effectively o Working in Teams or Groups o Think Creativity. o Handling basic technology, o Interact with co-workers o Customer care and o Solve problems independently. - And the following hard skills competences: o Automotive mechanics o Building construction o Plumbing o Electrical installation o Welding, & metal fabrication o Civil engineering They have to be compatible with VR Headsets, smartphones and/or PC. The access to the VR modules will be ensured for a period of 3 years for a maximum number of 1.400 user (20 ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, 1400 for 7 VET). The target group are the VET instructors and students. Due to internet challenges in the VET institutions, the software must be able to work offline, with friendly licensing requirements, and user-friendly interface and taking into account our infrastructural challenges. The support and training services will be provided from November 2022 to 20 December 2022.
