Proposed Dissolution. Promptly after the date of this Agreement, Client intends to request approval from the California Attorney General to complete a voluntary dissolution as soon as practicable following the Closing. ABC will provide information and take actions as reasonably requested by Client in connection with these efforts.

  • Early Dissolution The first to occur of any of the following events is an "Early Dissolution Event," upon the occurrence of which the Trust shall dissolve:
