PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE PERIOD. Proposer warrants by virtue of submitting a proposal that costs, terms and conditions quoted in the Proposal will remain firm for acceptance by City Commission until such time as the City Commission approves award of contract.

PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE PERIOD. Any proposal in response to this solicitation shall be valid for sixty (60) days. At the end of the sixty (60) days, the proposal may be withdrawn at the written request of the Contractor. If the proposal is not withdrawn at that time it remains in effect until an award is made or the solicitation is cancelled.‌‌
