PROPERTY TERMS. Owner is employing Manager to manage, operate, control, collect rents, arrange for maintenance and pay for same from Owner’s funds, locate and service tenants for the property known as <<Property Address>>. Property includes: stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Utilities are paid by Owner while vacant and paid by tenant when occupied. HOA fees and the annual wastewater xxxx are always the Owner’s responsibility. Minimum acceptable rent for this property is $1500 (Actual rental rate will be determined based on current market conditions at time of listing property on the rental market); minimum acceptable security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Rents below this amount cannot be accepted without Owner approval. Twelve month leases are almost always preferred but, with Owner approval, leases as short as 6 months can be allowed.

  • WARRANTY TERMS The Seller shall provide warranty for the quality of the Equipment for a period of 12 months. The warranty term shall commence on the day following the date of signing of the Handover Protocol pursuant to Section 10.4 hereof. In case the Buyer accepted the Equipment with defects or unfinished work the warranty term shall commence on the day following the date of removal of the defects or unfinished work. The warranty does not cover consumable things.

  • Lease Terms 8.1. The Tenant must observe and perform all conditions and covenants that apply to the Allotment Site contained in any lease under which the Council hold the Allotment Site.

  • BASIC LEASE TERMS For purposes of this Lease, the following terms have the following definitions and meanings:

  • License Terms This license is for one full Semester. It cannot be cancelled or terminated except under the conditions cited in this license.

  • UCC Terms Terms defined in the UCC in effect on the Closing Date and not otherwise defined herein shall, unless the context otherwise indicates, have the meanings provided by those definitions. Subject to the foregoing, the term “UCC” refers, as of any date of determination, to the UCC then in effect.

  • Common Terms In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Common Terms and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail, subject always to compliance with clause 10 (Non-Petition and Limited Recourse) of the Common Terms.

  • Country Specific Terms Appendix A contains additional terms and conditions of the Agreement applicable to Participants residing in those countries. In addition, Appendix A also contains information and notices of exchange control and certain other issues of which the Participant should be aware.

  • Specific Terms Whenever used in this Agreement, the following words and phrases, unless the context otherwise requires, shall have the following meanings:

  • Commercial Terms Seller: PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, limited for all purposes hereunder to its electric procurement and electric fuels functions Buyer: [Buyer to insert its full name here in all caps] Product: The Product shall consist of Electric Energy and associated Green Attributes from the Project, as further described and subject to the provisions herein.

  • Third Party Terms Subject to the actual language agreed to in the Order by the Contracting Officer. Any third party manufacturer will be brought into the negotiation, or the components acquired separately under Federally-compatible agreements, if any. Contractor indemnities do not constitute effective migration.
