All memoranda, notes, lists, records and other documents (and all copies thereof) made or compiled by the Executive or made available to the Executive concerning the business of the Company or any of its affiliates shall be the Company's property and shall be delivered to the Company promptly upon the termination of the Executive's employment with the Company or any of its affiliates or at any other time on request.
