Property of Corporation. All files, records, reports, documents, drawings, specifications, equipment, and similar items relating to the business of the Corporation, whether prepared by the Employee or otherwise coming into his possession, shall remain the exclusive property of the Corporation and shall not be removed by the Employee from the premises of the Corporation under any circumstances whatsoever without the prior written consent of the Corporation.

Property of Corporation. All tangible, confidential information and other documentation, either directly or indirectly, coming into the possession of Executive in the course of Executive's employment, shall remain the property of the Corporation and shall be returned to the Corporation immediately upon the expiration of the term of Executive's employment. Thereafter, Executive shall not reduce to writing or otherwise record any of the proprietary or confidential information disclosed to him during Executive's employment.

Upon Executive’s termination of employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver the same, and all copies thereof, to Company.
