Common use of Property Loss Clause in Contracts

Property Loss. Storage of personal property by Xxxxxx in Premises or in any other portion of Property shall be at Tenant’s sole risk. Tenant has been advised to obtain renter’s insurance that provides comprehensive insurance for damage to or loss of Xxxxxx’s personal property. Xxxxxx agrees to look solely to Xxxxxx’s insurance carrier for reimbursement of losses resulting from such events and hereby indemnifies and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from any claims, causes of action or damages relating to the same. Landlord shall have no responsibility or liability for Tenant’s personal property.

Xxxxxx agrees to look solely to Xxxxxx’s insurance carrier for reimbursement of losses resulting from such events and hereby indemnifies and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from any claims, causes of action or damages relating to the sameevents. Landlord Management shall have no responsibility or liability for Tenant’s personal propertyproperty or possessions.
