Property Loss. a. Subject to the limit specified in Section 2.c. of this Article, Unit Members shall be reimbursed for the repair or replacement of any personal property of the Unit Member stolen, damaged, or destroyed while the Unit Member was on duty, unless such damage or theft is due to negligence by the Unit Member.
