Properties; Liens. Each Company has good and marketable (except for Permitted Liens) title to all its property reflected on the Current Financials (except for dispositions of property in the ordinary course of business between the date or dates thereof and the date hereof). Except for Permitted Liens, there is no Lien on any property of any Company, and the execution, delivery, performance, or observance of the Loan Papers will not require or result in the creation of any Lien other than Permitted Liens.
