Promotional Positions. Promotional positions are those positions, whether permanent or temporary (more than 12 months), which carry a rank greater than that of Corporal.

The qualifications for the position, its duties, rate of compensation, and the due date of applications will be clearly set forth. The qualifications set for a particular position which is or will be vacant will not be changed unless the Association has been given due notice of such changes.
