Common use of Promotional Material Clause in Contracts

Promotional Material. Borrower authorizes the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders to issue press releases, advertisements and other promotional materials in connection with the Administrative Agent’s or such Lender’s own promotional and marketing activities, and describing the Loans and the Project in general terms and the Administrative Agent’s or such Lender’s participation in the Loans subject, in each case, to Borrower’s approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. All references to the Administrative Agent or any Lender contained in any press release, advertisement or promotional material issued by Borrower or Borrower shall be approved in writing by the Administrative Agent and such Lender in advance of issuance.

Promotional Material. Borrower authorizes the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders any Lender to issue press releases, advertisements and other promotional materials in connection with the Administrative Agent’s or such Lender’s own promotional and marketing activities, subject to Borrower’s reasonable approval of the form of such materials, and describing such materials may describe the Loans and the Project Loan in general terms and the Administrative Agent’s or and such Lender’s participation therein in the Loans subject, in each case, to Borrower’s approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayedLoan. All references to the Administrative Agent or any Lender contained in any press release, advertisement or promotional material issued by Borrower or Borrower shall be approved in writing by the Administrative Agent and such Lender in advance of issuance.

Promotional Material. Borrower authorizes the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders to issue press releases, advertisements and advertisements, other promotional materials and other disclosures (including disclosures to league tables and similar services) in connection with the Administrative Agent’s or such Lender’s own promotional and marketing activities, and describing the basic terms of the Loans consistent with information found on a “tombstone” and the Project in general terms and the Administrative Agent’s or such Lender’s participation in the Loans subject, in each case, to Borrower’s approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayedLoans. All references to the Administrative Agent or any Lender contained in any press release, advertisement or advertisement, promotional material or other public disclosures issued by Borrower or Borrower shall be approved in writing by the Administrative Agent and such Lender in advance of issuance.

All references to the Administrative Agent or any Lender contained in any press release, advertisement or promotional material issued by Borrower or Borrower shall be approved in writing by the Administrative Agent and such Lender in advance of issuance.
