Common use of Promotional Material Clause in Contracts

Promotional Material. Borrower authorizes Lender to issue press releases, advertisements and other promotional materials in connection with Lender’s own promotional and marketing activities, including in connection with a Secondary Market Transaction, and such materials may describe the Loan in general terms or in detail and Lender’s participation therein in the Loan. All references to Lender contained in any press release, advertisement or promotional material issued by Borrower shall be approved in writing by Lender in advance of issuance.

Promotional Material. Borrower authorizes Lender to issue press releases, advertisements and other promotional materials in connection with Lender’s 's own promotional and marketing activities, including in connection with a Secondary Market Transaction, and such materials may describe the Loan in general terms or in detail and Lender’s 's participation therein in the Loan. Borrower authorizes Lender to issue press releases, advertisements and other promotional materials in connection with Lender’s own promotional and marketing activities, including in connection with a Secondary Market Transaction, and such materials may describe describing the basic terms of the Loan in general terms or in detail consistent with information found on a “tombstone” and Lender’s participation therein in the Loan. All references to Lender contained in any press release, advertisement or promotional material issued by Borrower shall be approved in writing by Lender in advance of issuance.
