Common use of Promissory Note Clause in Contracts

Promissory Note. In order to evidence its debt to the Energy Commission hereunder, the Xxxxxxxx agrees to, contemporaneously with the execution of this Agreement, execute and deliver to the Energy Commission the Promissory Note (attached as Exhibit B hereto).
