Promise Not to Solicit. You will not, during the period of the Employment Term or for the period ending one (1) year after the earlier of expiration of the Employment Term or your termination hereunder, induce or attempt to induce any employees, exclusive consultants, exclusive contractors or exclusive representatives of Studio (or those of any of its affiliates) to stop working for, contracting with or representing Studio or any of its affiliates or to work for, contract with or represent any of Studio’s (or its affiliates’) competitors.
Promise Not to Solicit. To prevent me from inevitably breaking this promise, I further agree that, while this Agreement is in effect and for 24 months after its termination: (1) as to any customer or supplier of the Group with whom I had dealings or about whom I acquired proprietary information during my employment, I will not solicit or attempt to solicit (or assist others to solicit) the customer or supplier to do business with any person or entity other than the Group; and (2) I will not solicit or attempt to solicit (or assist others to solicit) for employment any person who is, or within the preceding 12 months was, an officer, manager, employee, or consultant of the Group.
Promise Not to Solicit. You will not during (i) the period of your employment by the Company, (ii) the period of payment pursuant to Paragraph 4 or (iii) the period ending one (1) year after the later of the periods described in the previous clauses (i) or (ii) induce or attempt to induce any employees, consultants, contractors or representatives of the Company (or those of any of its affiliates) to stop working for, contracting with or representing the Company or any of its affiliates or to work for, contract with or represent any of the Company’s (or its affiliates’) competitors.
Promise Not to Solicit. While this Agreement is in effect and for 12 months after its termination, Executive will not solicit or attempt to solicit (or assist others to solicit) for employment any person who is, or within the preceding 12 months was, an employee of the Company.
Promise Not to Solicit. Because my position enables me to learn Confidential Information regarding the investors in the Company and its funds and how best to serve them, I further agree that, during the “Restricted Period” (as defined below) (1) as to any investor in the Company (or in any investment fund or vehicle owned, managed, or established by the Company) with whom I had dealings or about whom I acquired proprietary information during my employment, I will not solicit or attempt to solicit (or assist others to solicit) the investor to invest in or do business with any person, entity, or investment fund or vehicle other than the Company (or its funds or vehicles); and (2) I will not solicit or attempt to solicit (or assist others to solicit) for employment any person who is, or within the preceding six months was, an officer, manager, employee, or consultant of the Company. I agree that the restrictions set forth in this paragraph should not prohibit me from engaging in my livelihood and do not foreclose my working with investors not identified in this paragraph.
Promise Not to Solicit. You will not at any time during the term of your employment with the Company or prior to the first anniversary of the date of termination of your employment with the Company, induce or attempt to induce any employees, consultants, contractors or representatives of the Company (or those of any of its affiliates) ("Company Representatives") to stop working for, contracting with or representing the Company or any of its affiliates or to induce or attempt to induce any Company Representative under an exclusive contractual arrangement with the Company or its affiliates to work for, contract with or represent any of the Company's competitors.
Promise Not to Solicit. Executive agrees that, during his employment with the Company and for twelve (12) months after his termination for any reason (together, the “Restricted Period”): (1) as to any client or business partner of the Company with whom Executive had dealings or about whom Executive acquired confidential information during his employment, Executive will not solicit, attempt to solicit, assist others to solicit, or accept any unsolicited request from the client or business partner to do business with any person or entity other than the Company or its affiliates; and (2) Executive will not solicit, attempt to solicit, assist others to solicit, hire, or assist others to hire for employment any person who is, or within the preceding twelve (12) months was, an officer, manager, employee, or consultant of the Company. Executive agrees that the restrictions set forth in this paragraph do not and will not prohibit his from engaging in his livelihood and do not foreclose his working with clients or business partners not identified in this paragraph.
Promise Not to Solicit. To prevent Employee from inevitably breaking this promise, Employee further agrees that, while this Agreement is in effect and for 24 months after its termination: (i) as to any customer or supplier of Employer with whom Employee had dealings or about whom Employee acquired proprietary information during his employment, Employee will not solicit or attempt to solicit the customer or supplier to do business with any person or entity other than Employer; and (ii) Employee will not solicit for employment any person who is, or within the preceding 6 months was, an officer, manager, employee or consultant of Employer.
Promise Not to Solicit. At all times during the Term of -------------------------- Employment, and for 24 months after its termination, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, for himself or for any other person, firm, corporation, partnership, association or other entity (a) solicit, recruit or attempt to solicit or recruit (or assist others to recruit) any officer, manager, employee, or consultant of the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their predecessors and successors (collectively, the "Group") to leave the Group, or (b) solicit or attempt to solicit any of the actual or targeted prospective customers or clients of the Group with whom the Executive had contact or about whom the Executive learned Confidential Information or other proprietary information on behalf of any person or entity in connection with any business unit that competes with the Company's Business.
Promise Not to Solicit. Executive will not during the period of the Employment Term or for the period ending one (1) year after the earlier of expiration of the Employment Term or Executive’s termination hereunder, induce or attempt to induce any employees, exclusive consultants, exclusive contractors or exclusive representatives of the Company (or those of any of its affiliates) to stop working for, contracting with or representing the Company or any of its affiliates or to work for, contract with or represent any of the Company’s (or its affiliates’) competitors.
