PROJECTIONS FROM BUILDING. Except as expressly permitted under the Lease, no equipment or other fixtures shall be attached to any part of the outside walls or the window xxxxx of the Building or otherwise affixed so as to project from the Building, without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Landlord consents to all projections from the Building on the Commencement Date.
