Projected Commencement Date. Upon Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements which is estimated to occur on or before September 1, 2005
Projected Commencement Date. Extension. Lessor expects to have the Leased Premises substantially completed and ready for occupancy by the commencement date specified in Item 7 of the Basic Lease Provisions. In the event, however, the Leased Premises are not substantially completed and ready for occupancy by said specified date, for any reason or cause, Lessor shall not be liable or responsible for any claims, damages or liabilities in connection therewith or by reason thereof, nor shall this Lease become void or voidable, but rather the date of commencement of this Lease shall be extended to the date that the Leased Premises have been substantially completed and are ready for occupancy by Lessee. In such event, rental under this Lease shall not commence until such revised commencement date, and the expiration date hereof shall be extended so as to give effect to the full stated term.
