Project-Specific Insurance. All insurance coverage required to be provided by Developer, the D&C Contractor, Lead Engineering Firm and Lead Maintenance Firm, other than any business automobile liability, aircraft liability, watercraft liability insurance or commercial general liability insurance for the Operating Period, shall be purchased specifically and exclusively for the Project and extend to all aspects of the Work, with coverage limits devoted solely to the Project. Insurance coverage with dedicated Project-specific limits and identified premiums are acceptable; provided, that they otherwise meet all requirements described in Exhibit 10 (Insurance Coverage Requirements) and this Article 19 (Insurance).
Project-Specific Insurance. Except as expressly provided otherwise in Exhibit 18 (Insurance Coverage Requirements), all Insurance Policies required hereunder shall be purchased specifically and exclusively for the Project and extend to all aspects of the Work, with coverage limits devoted solely to the Project.
Project-Specific Insurance. The Core Group will investigate the feasibility of a Project specific insurance program for the Project and such program, if feasible, shall be incorporated into Exhibit 5 and the Allowable Cost, Expected Cost, Target Cost and EMP shall be adjusted by the costs to procure and maintain such program by Change Order to the extent the budget allocated for such program as determined under the Validation Study does not cover such costs. The costs to procure such program will be treated as a Cost of the Work. Payment of any deductible or self-insured retention amount in respect of the Project specific insurance program shall be treated as a Cost of the Work.
Project-Specific Insurance. All insurance coverage required to be provided by Developer, the Lead Contractor, Lead Engineering Firm and Lead Operations and Maintenance Firm shall be purchased specifically and exclusively for the Project and extend to all aspects of the Work, with coverage limits devoted solely to the Project. Insurance coverages with dedicated Project-specific limits and identified premiums are acceptable, provided that they otherwise meet all requirements described in Appendix 8 and this Section 16.1.
Project-Specific Insurance. All insurance coverage required to be provided by the Development Entity, the D&C Contractor, Lead Engineering Firm and Lead Maintenance Firm, shall be procured in accordance with the requirements of Schedule 9 (Insurance Coverage Requirements).
Project-Specific Insurance. All insurance coverage required to be provided by Developer, APM Fixed Facilities Contractor, APM Fixed Facilities Designer, APM Operating System Supplier, APM Fixed Facilities O&M Provider, and APM Operating System O&M Provider shall apply specifically and exclusively for the Project and extend to all aspects of the Work, with coverage limits dedicated solely to the Project, except as otherwise specified in Exhibit 7 (Insurance Requirements). Use of other insurance programs is acceptable, provided that coverage under such programs provides dedicated Project-specific limits and identified premiums and meets all requirements described in Exhibit 7 and this Section 10.1.

All insurance coverage required to be provided by Project Co, other than any automobile liability, aircraft liability or watercraft liability insurance, shall be purchased specifically and exclusively for the WA Project and extend to all aspects of the Design, Construction and Services, with coverage limits devoted solely to the WA Project. Insurance coverage with dedicated Project specific limits and identified premiums are acceptable, provided that they otherwise meet all requirements described in this Schedule.
Project-Specific Insurance. The Construction Manager (the “CM”) shall be responsible for implementing a controlled insurance program (the “CIP”) at a time to be determined by the CM, in consultation with the Management Committee, prior to the beginning of Construction Work. The CIP will be administered by the Project’s designated insurance broker (the “CIP Administrator”). Unless otherwise provided herein, the CM shall procure and maintain the following insurance coverages set forth in this Section A, the cost of which (including premiums, deductibles and self-insured retentions) will constitute a CM Cost:
Project-Specific Insurance. All insurance, except for Professional Liability Insurance, shall be on a “Per Occurrence” basis and shall be specific to the project for which it is required. Policy limits shall apply to each project specifically and without relationship to any other project or claim Subcontractor may be involved in (Per Project Aggregate). If the policy does not have an endorsement providing that the general aggregate limit applies separately to the project, or if defense costs are included in the general aggregate limit, then the required aggregate limits shall be increased by $5,000,000 unless otherwise required at the sole discretion of WPI.
