Project Schedule. The Project, for which the provision of financial assistance is the subject of this Agreement, shall be pursued and completed in accordance with the following schedule: ACTIVITY START DATE COMPLETION DATE a) Plan Dates 05/01/2016 08/01/2016 b) Acquisition Dates 08/01/2016 11/15/2017 c) Site Improvement Dates 11/15/2017 04/15/2018 Land acquisition and site improvements must begin within 30 days of the date(s) set forth herein for the start of land acquisition and site improvements, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole option of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for any extensions of these dates.
