The Project, for which the provision of financial assistance is the subject of this Agreement, is hereby described as follows: Location: The wastewater treatment proposed Wastewater Treatment Plant will be placed at the former plant site which is located at 000 Xxxxxx Xxxx, off of Miles Road in the southwest part approximately 1,700 feet east of the villageintersection of 0xx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx XX and 000 xxxx xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx XX.
