Project Kickoff Meeting. Initiation typically consists of a Kickoff meeting with introduction of key resources from both organizations. These individuals will review the Bayer Order and SOW deliverables to verify project scope. More specific implementation details will be provided by Bayer, and requests for workflow, clinical and technical data from Licensee will be made by Bayer at the Kickoff meeting. The goal of the Kickoff meeting will be to confirm project scope, deliverables, timeline and a date to begin the Implementation Project.

Project Kickoff Meeting. Toole Design will convene and facilitate a kickoff meeting with C/CAG staff to review the study objectives and work plan. In accordance with the results of this meeting, we will revise our scope of work, budget, schedule, and deliverables as needed to address agreed upon updates. During the kickoff meeting we will review planned public outreach activities, list of stakeholders to consult throughout the CBPP process, and establish a mutual understanding of the roles and responsibilities of C/CAG, Toole Design, and project stakeholders.

Project Kickoff Meeting. The Consultant Team will prepare a draft and final agenda for and participate in a kickoff meeting with the City to formalize project details, schedule, identify potential advisory committee members, and review and confirm approach and deliverables. During this meeting, the final scope of work and work schedule will be discussed and approved, with Federal Aviation Administration Airports District Office coordination, that will meet the Department’s needs and requirements, including Federal Requirements, with respect to conducting aircraft operations counts at selected airports and the accuracy and utility of the end data. This includes the method and equipment to be utilized for data collection, and the determination if form FAA 7460-1 or other local coordination will be necessary. In addition, given the approach, applicable safety and security rules and regulations will be outlined such as FAA Advisory Circular 150/5370-2 - Operational Safety on Airports During Construction, or FAA Advisory Circular 150/5210-20 - Ground Vehicle Operations on Airports. Each deliverable of the project will be discussed in detail, so an understanding of the schedule and final product(s) expected from this project is established between the Vendor and the FDOT.
Project Kickoff Meeting. To begin the planning process, the CONSULTANT will facilitate a kickoff meeting with local government officials responsible for this project to review assessment goals, objectives, and parameters; identify key government and community stakeholders; and collaboratively develop an approach for stakeholder engagement. During the kickoff meeting, additional areas of concern will be focused on reviewing ‘Peril of Flood’ statutory requirements for comprehensive planning; determining whether there is interest in pursuing an Adaptation Action Area (AAA) Comprehensive Plan Designation to prioritize resilience investments in specific areas; and reviewing local government motivations for conducting a vulnerability assessment. Additionally, the CONSULTANT will discuss with staff whether there is interest in establishing a project steering committee. The steering committee can be comprised of internal staff, external community stakeholders, or both.
