Project Development Services. For the services described in Section 1.1 above, Client shall pay DELTA-T a fee equal to $100,000 Client shall pay to DELTA-T Client shall pay to DELTA-T 70% of such fee within ten (10) days of signing this Agreement and the remaining balance within ten (10) days of air permit submittal by Client to the Province of Ontario.
