Project Contacts. Provide all necessary contact numbers (cellular, pager, etc.) for key personnel involved in the project. Include after-hours contact name and home telephone number in case of emergency. Also provide subcontractors’ names, addresses, contact names, and phone/fax numbers, if applicable.
