Common use of Project Consultant Clause in Contracts

Project Consultant. The individual, partnership, corporation, association, joint venture, or any combination thereof, of professional architects, engineers or other design professionals properly registered and licensed in Florida, who has entered into a contract with the Owner to provide professional services for development of the design and contract documents for the Work of this Project and provide construction contract administration and warranty services as described in the Project Manual and under this Agreement.
