Common use of Project Common Areas Clause in Contracts

Project Common Areas. All areas, spaces and improvements in the Lincoln Harbor Project (other than those located on the Land) which are made available from time to time for the common use and benefit of the tenants and occupants or the Lincoln Harbor Project, including, without limitation, non-exclusive parking areas, roads, walkways, sidewalks and landscapes and planted areas, if any.
