PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS AND PERFORMANCE RELIEF. 7.1 Fidelity has made the following assumptions regarding this project. (a) All dates referenced in this SOW are subject to change based upon the Project Plan jointly developed by Fidelity and CLIENT, and mutually agreed to by both parties. (b) CLIENT resources, as defined in the Project Plan, will be available for the duration of the project.
