Common use of Project Agreements Clause in Contracts

Project Agreements. Any project management agreement, Sales Agreements, the Purchase Agreement, the Interconnection Contracts, the Ancillary Documents or any other contracts for the purchase, procurement, delivery or transmission of Capacity, or any other agreements for scheduling, dispatching, exchanging, tagging, movement or transmission of Capacity, or agreements to which SCPPA is a party relating to the administration or management of the Project.

Project Agreements. Any Insofar as they pertain to this Project, any project management agreement, the Power Sales Agreements, the Power Purchase Agreement, the Interconnection Contracts, the Ancillary Documents or any other contracts for the purchase, procurement, delivery or transmission of CapacityFacility Products, or any other agreements for scheduling, dispatching, exchanging, tagging, movement or transmission of CapacityFacility Products, or agreements to which SCPPA is a party relating to the administration or management of the Project.
