Project 4. Project Goals: (Things I want to accomplish this year.)
Project 4. GSK shall make the non-refundable, non-creditable milestone payments to Anacor that are set forth below in either Section 6.3.4(a) or Section 6.3.4(b), as applicable, upon the occurrence of the corresponding milestone event with respect to a Collaboration Compound resulting from Project 4. Such payments shall be subject to the additional terms and conditions set forth in Sections 6.3.4(c) (if applicable), 6.3.4(d) (if applicable), 6.3.4(e) (if applicable), 6.3.5, 6.8, 6.10 and 6.12.
