Project 1 – OCSD Seat Management. Name of Project Seat Management Customer Okaloosa County School District (OCSD) Period of Performance 7/2014 – 6/2024 Description of Relevant Services TelaForce has delivered world-class services and support to the Okaloosa County School District (OCSD) since the inception of TelaForce in 2016 and via legacy companies since 1999. Our support includes all-inclusive, consolidated enterprise support services, MCS support, and full life-cycle IT and Telecommunications support of all OCSD end-user technology devices. We provide a single point-of- contact Help Desk for all end-user customer support activities. TelaForce performs 100% of the work for this contract under a subcontract with CACI. TelaForce MCS experience on the OCSD program aligns with the FLDMS contract requirements in the following areas: • Consulting on management strategy – TelaForce staff have worked closely with OCSD stakeholders to develop and implement an effective IT Management Strategy, define IT Policies and Procedures, and develop Organization Level Performance Metrics that align with the OCSD’s vision and mission. As the Superintendent of Schools changes and/or the contract is renewed, TelaForce staff and key OCSD stakeholders meet to ensure the current Management Strategy, IT Policies and Procedures, and Performance Metrics align with the vision/mission of the incoming Superintended and/or new contract requirements. • Project Management – Using a proven, process-based approach to performance to meet the goals and objectives of the OCSD mission, PMBOK serves as the roadmap for managing and controlling OCSD projects from beginning to end. We incorporate tenants from ISO 9001 and 20000 standards, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), CMMI-Level 3, and continuous improvement policies to improve efficiency and reduce cost. Our quality and performance-based project and task management approach focuses on repeatable, high-quality service practices and experience that consistently produce process improvements, cost savings, and high-quality deliverables. For example, our OCSD Technology Refresh process has been refined to create a more efficient process, utilizing tools to optimize data transfer and quality processes to ensue devices are placed and configured correctly which minimizes re-work.   • Project Management Plan 1 3.4.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control 2 activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance Security of System Files. To protect City Information Processing Systems and system files containing information, Service Provider will ensure that access to source code is restricted to authorized users whose specific job function necessitates such access.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services
