Prohibited Discharges. Discharge of industrial waste into the sanitary sewer system, storm drainage system, surface ponds or ditches, or elsewhere is specifically prohibited, except as permitted by a valid Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit in strict accordance with Chapter 5.15 of the Newport Municipal Code and applicable state and federal laws as may be amended.
