PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES. Any activity upon, or use of, the Protected Property inconsistent with the purposes of this Conservation Easement is prohibited. The following activities and uses are expressly prohibited:

PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES. Except for the rights expressly reserved by Grantor in Sections IV, any activity on, or use of, the Property inconsistent with the Purposes or that would significantly and adversely impair or interfere with the Conservation Values of the Property is prohibited. Furthermore, the Property shall be subject to the following restrictions:
PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES. Any activity on, or use of, the Conservation Easement Area inconsistent with the purpose of this Conservation Easement is prohibited. The Conservation Easement Area shall be preserved in its natural condition and restricted from any development that would impair or interfere with the conservation values of the Conservation Easement Area. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following activities and uses are expressly prohibited, restricted or reserved as indicated hereunder:

PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES. Your CAPE Account and the Services may not be (a) used for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Platform Agreement, (b) used for any personal, family, or household use, (c) used for any transaction involving any illegal or criminal activities, (d) provided to or used for any transaction involving an individual, organisation, country, or jurisdiction that is identified on any lists maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or the U.S. Department of State, (e) used by third parties unaffiliated with Company, or (f) used for any purpose not related to the business of Company. We will not approve and may terminate CAPE Accounts that we know or believe are engaged in any illegal or criminal activities or otherwise do not comply with these restrictions. CAPE may limit Company’s use of certain Services or require that you provide additional information to open or maintain your CAPE Account where Company is engaged in any illegal or criminal activities.
PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES. Any activity on, or use of, the Open Space Property inconsistent with the purposes of this Conservation Easement, whether building, grading, excavating, trenching, damming, dumping, etc., is prohibited excepting only any necessary installation of materials and equipment or maintenance, repair, or replacement thereof with respect to the utility and sanitary sewer easements as shown on the attached Exhibit A. Should any such installation, maintenance, repair or replacement with respect to the utility and sanitary sewer easements occur, the Open Space Property shall thereafter be restored to its original state as much as is practicable. Development that would significantly impair or interfere with the conservation values of the Open Space Property is prohibited.
PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES. Your AtoB Account and the Services may not be (a) used for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Platform Agreement, (b) used for any personal, family, or household use, (c) used for any transaction involving any Prohibited Activities, (d) provided to or used for any transaction involving an individual, organization, country, or jurisdiction that is blocked or sanctioned by the United States, including those identified on any lists maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or the U.S. Department of State, (e) used by third parties unaffiliated with Company, or (f) used for any purpose not related to the business of Company. In our sole discretion, we will not approve and may terminate AtoB Accounts that we know or believe are engaged in any Prohibited Activities or otherwise do not comply with these restrictions. AtoB may limit Company’s use of certain Services or require that you provide additional information to open or maintain your AtoB Account where we suspect Company may be engaged in Restricted Activities. We may update the lists of Prohibited Activities or Restricted Activities at any time and without notice. You agree to pay all Fines assessed against AtoB for your or a User’s violation of the restrictions and requirements of this section or any use of the Services in connection with any Prohibited Activities or Restricted Activities.

  • Restricted Activities The Executive agrees that some restrictions on his activities during and after his employment are necessary to protect the goodwill, Confidential Information and other legitimate interests of the Company and its Affiliates:
