Prohibited Advertising Content. DEN prohibits advertisements, or displays of weblinks or QR codes that lead to a webpage, that fall within one or more of the following categories:
1. Public Issue. Advertising that expresses or advocates opinions, positions, or viewpoint on matters of public debate about economic, political, religious or social issues.
Prohibited Advertising Content. Advertising is prohibited on Dodge County property if it includes any of the following content, or includes an Internet address that directly links to, any of the following content:
