Progress Reports and Meetings. Consultant shall submit progress reports at least once a month. The report should be sufficiently detailed for the C/CAG Project Manager to determine, if Consultant is performing to expectations, or is on schedule; to provide communication of interim findings, and to sufficiently address any difficulties or special problems encountered, so remedies can be developed. Consultant’s Project Manager shall meet with C/CAG Project Manager, as needed, to discuss progress on the Agreement.
Progress Reports and Meetings. During the construction period at such times and in such manner or format as Wang shall reasonably request, ADOT shall submit to Wang reports summarizing ADOT's progress on the construction of the Panel.

At either party's reasonable written request from time to time during the performance of this Agreement, but at least once each month, and at no additional cost, the Project Managers and any other personnel either party may designate shall meet to review the progress of the project described in a particular SOW. At each such meeting, ACTAMED shall provide SBCL with a written status report, which shall include but not be limited to, any problem that, in ACTAMED's reasonable judgment, might cause any increase in the budgeted costs for such project or adversely affect ACTAMED's ability to meet the Schedule or the Specifications.

Each PARTY shall regularly inform the other PARTY, not less than once every three (3) months, of reports on any and all ongoing studies and procedures for HEALTH REGISTRATION conducted by INNOVIVE as specified in the DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, or by SHINYAKU, as applicable, and the PARTIES shall exchange relevant information as required. Furthermore, both PARTIES shall have a meeting regularly, but in no event less than semi-annually, at such times and at such locations as shall be mutually agreed by the PARTIES, in order to achieve the purpose of this Section 8.2.
Progress Reports and Meetings. Consultant shall submit a detailed Progress Report to the Project Manager on an agreed upon period during the term of each applicable Schedule. Progress reports will detail Work performed to date and estimated time to complete. If Cadence so requests, Consultant shall participate in status meetings with the Project Manager to review the status and progress of the Work.

The Authority, the Project Executive and the Construction Manager shall have weekly meetings (and other meetings as may be needed) to discuss the progress of the Project. In addition, on a monthly basis, the Executive Project Committee shall meet to discuss all issues with respect to the Project, including, without limitation, updates to the Project Schedule and Preliminary or Final Budget (as applicable), any claims or disputes, the status of the work and all other relevant items. Prior to such monthly meetings, Developer shall submit to the Authority monthly progress reports showing the then present status of design and/or construction of the Project. If the progress reports reflect a substantial deviation from the budget or design or construction progress schedules approved by the Authority, Developer shall submit to the Authority with Developer's design or construction report an explanation thereof and proposed corrective steps, as applicable.
