PROGRESS CLAIMS a) The Recipient will submit progress claims to Canada at least once per fiscal year covering the Recipient’s Eligible Expenditures in a form acceptable to Canada. Each progress claim must include the following:
PROGRESS CLAIMS a) After Eligible Expenditures have been incurred and paid by the Recipient, payments from the program, if any, will be disbursed upon satisfactory receipt of a completed interim claim in a format as prescribed by the Province. Each progress claim must include an attestation by the Project Manager and, if the Project involves a Municipal Recipient, the Senior Municipal Official designated in writing by the Recipient as to the accuracy of the information submitted in support of the claim.

Subject to satisfaction of the conditions precedent in subclause 25.2, the Managing Contractor is entitled to make a progress claim in writing to the Principal's Representative by the first Business Day of each month in respect of the work performed in the previous month and must include in each progress claim detailed particulars for the value of the Services carried out including:

PROGRESS CLAIMS. Pristine Pools and Spas Pty Ltd reserves the right to issue partial payment invoices as materials are supplied and certain Services are completed and will issue a final invoice on delivery of the Goods and/or completion of the Services under the contract (less progress claims). Such progress claims will show material made available and/or Services provided. Payment is to be made by the Buyer in accordance with the terms of these Terms of Sale.
PROGRESS CLAIMS. It is a precondition to a reference date arising under BCIPA and to the Consultant becoming entitled to make a progress claim under this Agreement that the Consultant submits the Claim Documentation. The Consultant may claim payment progressively at the times provided in Schedule 1. Progress claims must be provided in sufficient detail to describe the Services carried out and the calculation of that much of the Fee that is payable according to the Services carried out and otherwise be in a form and have sufficiency of detail as required by SHAMROCK CIVIL. The Consultant must serve any payment claim made pursuant to BCIPA to the Fax Point and to SHAMROCK CIVIL’s Representative.
