Programs, Services and Activities 4. 2.1 The Council shall provide the programs and services and carry out the activities for which funding is provided under this Agreement in accordance with the delivery standards and delivery requirements set out in the Schedules, applicable laws, and any written standards the Council may develop that are consistent with this Agreement. EXPENDITURE OF FUNDING 4.0 The First Nation must provide the Programs and Services and carry out the Activities and Projects for which funding is provided under this Agreement in accordance with Annex 1.
