Programming Stats Clause Samples

The "Programming Stats" clause defines the requirements and procedures for collecting, reporting, and sharing statistical data related to programming activities or content. Typically, this clause outlines what types of data must be tracked—such as audience numbers, broadcast times, or content performance—and specifies the format and frequency of reporting. Its core function is to ensure transparency and accountability between parties by providing reliable metrics, which can be used for performance evaluation, compliance, or revenue sharing.
