Programmatic Agreement Regarding Cultural Property Protection and Responsibilities. The report shall include Forest-specific summaries of the results of monitoring, including the effectiveness of the identification strategies and protection measures and any changes proposed to make these more effective. The report shall be submitted to the SHPOs and the Council prior to the annual meeting (Stipulation19).
