Program Licenses. Licensor grants to Company, subject to Company’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, a non-exclusive, personal and non-transferable right and license: (a) to offer, promote, sell and provide the Program Services to individual participants at the Authorized Location(s) identified in the Invoice; (b) to use the Trademarks solely in connection with Company’s offer, promotion, sale and provision of the Program Services; and (c) to access and use the Program Materials via the Internet for its internal purposes in providing the Program Services; and
Program Licenses a. Prices and rates for the Licenses for SFS shall be fixed and are set forth in Exhibit 5.
