Program Affiliation Agreements. Program-Based Transportation Only: The Transportation Provider shall: 1. Develop with the Facility Director (or his/her designee) and execute with the Facility a written affiliation a. Inclement weather policy – the Transportation Provider’s decision to cancel transportation during inclement weather should be made two to three hours before the Facility’s start time in cooperation with the Facility Director. If the Transportation Provider determines that road conditions are too dangerous, he/she may cancel transportation even if the Facility remains open; however, the Transportation Provider must notify the Facility and parents/guardians of the cancellation. b.
