Device Data We may share certain personal information and device-identifying technical data about you and your devices with third party service providers, who will compare and add device data and fraud data from and about you to a database of similar device and fraud information in order to provide fraud management and prevention services, which include but are not limited to identifying and blocking access to the applicable service or Web site by devices associated with fraudulent or abusive activity. Such information may be used by us and our third party service providers to provide similar fraud management and prevention services for services or Web sites not provided by us. We will not share with service providers any information that personally identifies the user of the applicable device.
Sensitive data Where the transfer involves personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, or biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or a person’s sex life or sexual orientation, or data relating to criminal convictions and offences (hereinafter ‘sensitive data’), the data importer shall apply the specific restrictions and/or additional safeguards described in Annex I.B.
Database The LERG is available through Telcordia. ICONN is available through the Qwest web site.
Licensee Data Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensee will be solely responsible for backing-up, and taking all appropriate measures to protect and secure, Licensee Data. Licensee acknowledges that Nuix may make, store and maintain back up copies of Licensee Data, but is not obliged to do so. Nuix will not be liable for any loss or corruption of Licensee Data.
Usage Data 7.1. The parties shall supply data on usage of the Licensed Work that is available to them during the term of this Licence. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties shall neither assemble nor provide data from which an individual user could be identified.

Product Information Contractor shall provide the following information for all goods provided pursuant to this Agreement: manufacturer’s name, product code number, and pack size.
Information Sources The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Investments or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians and from other commercially reasonable sources such as commercial data bases and the like, but shall not be responsible for specific inaccuracies in such information, provided that the Custodian has relied upon such information in good faith, or for the failure of any commercially reasonable information provider.

Medical Information Throughout the Pupil's time as a member of the School, the School Medical Officer shall have the right to disclose confidential information about the Pupil if it is considered to be in the Pupil's own interests or necessary for the protection of other members of the School community. Such information will be given and received on a confidential, need-to-know basis.
