Proficiency Instruments Clause Samples
The 'Proficiency Instruments' clause defines the requirements and standards for any tools, devices, or equipment that must be used by parties to demonstrate competence or meet certain qualifications under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the types of instruments that are acceptable, the conditions under which they must be maintained or calibrated, and any certifications or approvals required for their use. For example, it may specify that only industry-approved testing devices can be used to verify compliance with technical standards. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all parties use reliable and standardized instruments, thereby maintaining quality and consistency in performance and reducing the risk of disputes over measurement or qualification.
