Professional Standard of Care. Consultant shall perform all Services under the WOC in accordance with the degree of skill and care ordinarily used by competent practitioners of the same professional discipline when performing similar services under similar circumstances, taking into consideration the contemporary state of the practice and the project conditions.
Professional Standard of Care. Dentist shall comply with all applicable federal and State laws and regulations. Dentist shall provide services under this Agreement in a manner consistent with professionally recognized standards of dental care and consistent with the MA Plan’s obligations under its MA Contract.

Professional Standard of Care. The Service Provider must perform the Services in a diligent manner and to the standard of skill and care expected of a Service Provider qualified, competent and experienced in the provision of services of the nature of those set out in the Scheme.

In the event of non-fulfillment of the foregoing warranty, the Consultant shall promptly re-perform at the written request of the Authority made at any time within a one (1) year period after the Authority's acceptance (by use) of the services, such corrective services (within the original scope of the Consultant's services) as may be necessary to conform to the foregoing warranty; provided further however, that the Authority's Chief Engineer shall have the right throughout the course of the entire project to review the Consultant's work and request changes and corrections so that the services of the Consultant conform to the requirements of this Order for Professional Services and standard of care. All costs incurred by the Consultant in performing such corrective services shall be borne by the Consultant.

Professional Standard of Care. The DB Contractor covenants and agrees that the Design-Build Documents shall be prepared in accordance with the Professional Standard, shall be free from errors or omissions in accordance with the Professional Standard, and shall be in compliance with all applicable Laws. The DB Contractor shall, at no expense to any State Party, promptly modify any such documents that are not in accordance with such Laws, are inaccurate, or contain errors or omissions.
Professional Standard of Care. A standard of care consistent with the degree of skill and care that would ordinarily be exercised by other competent practitioners of the same discipline and profession currently practicing under similar circumstances as the circumstances affecting the Project, taking into consideration the contemporary state of the art and the geographical area of the Project.
Professional Standard of Care. In performing the Services, the Consultant shall exercise the degree of skill, care and diligence normally exercised by members of the Consultant’s profession performing services of similar nature, in accordance with the ethics of the Consultant's profession.
