Common use of Professional Photography Clause in Contracts

Professional Photography. If the CM commissions photography of the completed Project, the CM shall include in its photography agreements a release for unrestricted and unlimited use of photographs by the Owner and Contracting Authority, and shall provide the Owner and Contracting Authority with a reasonable quantity of photographs for use in the Owner’s and Contracting Authority’s marketing and awareness activities, including, but not limited to, profiles of the Project on their respective websites.
