Professional Meetings. 1. Teachers are encouraged by the Board to attend local, regional, state, and national meetings which contribute to professional growth. The Board may pay transportation and expenses. Prior approval to attend a meeting is required. The opportunity for attendance at meetings should be distributed as equally as possible by the administration.
