Professional License. Each permanent employee shall receive a .75% differential above his/her regular rate of pay on the salary schedule upon receipt of a professional license requiring a minimum of 60 hours of training or experience in a job related field. Professional licenses which require less than 60 hours of training or experience shall be reimbursed on a pro-rata basis.

License fees may be different depending on the number of products. The fee value is specified in a separate quotation (“Order”) attached hereto. You shall have the right to modify or create derivative works of the Software, or any other Software provided under this agreement (“Derivative Works”) as long as you act in accordance with the terms of the given license. You shall own all right title and interest in such Derivative Works.
Professional License. Grants the use of the Iron Software by a specified number of software developers up to a maximum of 10 in an organization in a single location. The Iron Software may be deployed within an unlimited number of web applications, intranet applications or desktop software applications. Licenses are non-transferable and sharing of licenses outside an organization or agency/client relationship is prohibited. This license type expressly excludes any rights not specifically granted under the Agreement as do all other license types, and expressly excludes, without limitation, OEM redistribution, and using the Iron Software as SaaS, without additional purchase of coverage.
