Professional License. The Product will be available through the Downloads Section. If the Product contains custom components or libraries, it will be available through an Account. The License is granted to Licensee on the basis of commercial use. Licensee has the right to Support as defined in article 8.2.

This license type expressly excludes any rights not specifically granted under the Agreement as do all other license types, and expressly excludes, without limitation, OEM redistribution, and using the Iron Software as SaaS, without additional purchase of coverage.
Professional License. You, and third party contractors or consultants working on behalf of You, may integrate the Software in any of Your software products or software applications (the “Products”) within the constraints expressed in this XXXX.

It is agreed that new employees will be 44 given approximately two hours of classroom instruction on such personnel matters as the 45 Merit Staffing Program, incentive awards, employee benefits, performance appraisals, 46 training and position descriptions. 47 48 1509. PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL. Performance appraisals for employees in the 49 Units shall be governed by the EMPLOYER’s Performance Appraisal Review Process 50 (PARP) Instruction 12430.4. 2 ARTICLE 16 - REDUCTION IN FORCE AND REPROMOTION 4 1601. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE. A reduction in force (RIF) shall be accomplished 5 in compliance with all laws, statutes, rules, and regulations in effect at the time of the 6 reduction in force. If applicable, the Staffing Agency represents and warrants that any personnel assigned to provide services to the District under this Agreement are currently licensed, registered, or certified to perform such services by the applicable federal and state laws, and governing body.
