Professional Librarian Sample Clauses

Professional Librarian. The normal work week shall be established on the principle of 37½ hours within a five (5) day week. The number of hours worked may be varied within the normal operating range of the Library, but no employee shall work more than an average of 37½ hours per week, calculated over a four (4) week period.

Professional Librarian. Shall receive twenty-two (22) working days of annual vacation and thirty (30) working days of annual vacation during the twenty-eighth (28th) and all subsequent calendar years of service. In case of employment commencement and termination, be granted a prorated settlement as follows:

  • Professional Liability Before commencing work on this Agreement and throughout the term of this Agreement, the Party shall procure and maintain professional liability insurance for any and all services performed under this Agreement, with minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence, and $3,000,000 aggregate.

  • Professional Leave Professional leave without pay will be granted to full-time and regular part- time employees who are elected to or appointed to the College of Nurses or the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario or the Registered Practical Nurses’ Association of Ontario to attend regularly scheduled meetings of the College of Nurses or the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario or the Registered Practical Nurses’ Association of Ontario subject to the following limitations:
