Professional Librarian. The normal work week shall be established on the principle of 37½ hours within a five (5) day week. The number of hours worked may be varied within the normal operating range of the Library, but no employee shall work more than an average of 37½ hours per week, calculated over a four (4) week period.
Professional Librarian. Shall receive twenty-two (22) working days of annual vacation and thirty (30) working days of annual vacation during the twenty-eighth (28th) and all subsequent calendar years of service. In case of employment commencement and termination, be granted a prorated settlement as follows:
Professional Librarian. A professional librarian is a person holding a University degree and a degree in Library Science or Library Service from a University accredited by the American Library Association who performs the duties of a professional librarian.
