Common use of Professional Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Professional Liability Insurance. CONSULTANT shall obtain and maintain at all times during the prosecution of the work under this Contract professional liability insurance. Limits of liability shall be $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Any such policy of insurance and the Declarations Page therefore shall identify if coverage is being provided on an “occurrence” or “claims-made” basis.
